What Kinds Of Programs Have We Worked On?

CFO for high tech company. Implementation and management of financial reporting system, budget process, risk management and government grant compliance reporting. Assisted in preparation of business plan and investor presentations.

CEO for overseas internet company. Repositioned company’s core business from consumer to business solution, restructured company, prepared and presented business plan to investors. Designed and implemented financial and operational systems in US and overseas, including budget process, managed investor relations, blue sky compliance and human resources, negotiated and drafted content and distribution alliance agreements, including intellectual property, copyright, contract and international law issues, and managed production of website with over 1,000 pages.

Project Manager/Lead Consultant for food manufacturing and distribution company. Implementation of SAP Business One, company reorganization, adoption of Throughput Pricing Model, analysis of and implementation of recommendations to improve operational and financial processes and controls, restructure short and long term debt.

Senior Consultant for retail property development and management company. Responsible for creation of detailed process and control flowchart used as basis for SAP Business One custom software development application, system testing, preparation of training and customer acceptance materials, and report writing.

Project Manager for telecommunications company. Redesign and implementation of changes to existing system providing greater detail tracking of sales, and, following merger/acquisition, integrated new operations and offices into system.

CFO for stock and bond broker/dealer. Implemented MAS 90, developed and implemented financial and operational processes and controls in compliance with regulatory requirements of SEC, NASD and MSRB, managed human resources and training for all domestic offices. Responsible for opening new office, including location and asset acquisition.
